Medusa License Agreement

The license agreement for Medusa Pro and Medusa Lite is similar to that of most independent software tools. The most important points are:

  • You may not share your registration key with other users.
  • You may operate several installations of the software for use by the license holder.
  • The software is licensed not sold. A license grants the use of the software not copyright or intellectual rights to the software.
  • Models and textures provided with the free version of Medusa (Medusa Lite) may be used in development, however, a license is required for use in commercial projects
  • Models and textures provided with the licensed version Medusa Pro are licensed for use not sold. No transfer of copyright or intellectual rights is implied by purchase of a license. The license grants royalty free use of models to the license holder within all 3D applications excluding model generators and asset packs.
  • Custom models (defined as models with original user created textures) are copyright and intellectual property of the Medusa Pro license holder. The use of custom models is unrestricted including their use within asset packs.
  • No warranty is provided with Medusa Pro and Medusa Lite. The software is provided "As Is". Although every reasonable effort has been made to ensure Medusa is bug-free you should ensure you are satisfied with the condition of the product prior to purchase.
